A note about drop-ins
Some of our offerings allow a drop-in option. Drop-ins are convenient when your schedule does not allow for a full session commitment. We welcome drop-ins when available, but we cannot guarantee space availability. If a class fills with registered students, drop-ins will no longer be available for that offering. Reservations are required for all drop-ins. Contact us to confirm availability and reserve you spot.

We believe our pricing properly reflects the abundance of training, education, and experience that is woven into each and every class and workshop we offer. The care to details, planning, and development of our curriculum offers each student a positive experience with lots of individual attention and encouragement. We maintain small class sizes in a beautifully creative space designed to build strong bodies, peaceful minds, and creative spirits. We cannot be compared to other programs. We are uniquely different.
